HEARTLAND PAWS (Delivery Policy)

When you choose to utilize our home delivery services, you agree to comply with Heartland Paws Delivery Policy.  Heartland Paws reserves the right to change our Delivery Policy at any time.  Heartland Paws home delivery policy is as follows:

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICES:

Home delivery charges are $5.99.  The minimum purchase to avoid home delivery charges is $75.99.  Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 2:00PM and 6:00PM.  Orders must be submitted by 12:00pm on these days to be delivered on the same day.  Orders submitted after 12:00pm on these days will be delivered on the designated delivery days previously mentioned.   Orders submitted after 12:00pm on Fridays will receive their items the following Monday.  

Currently our home delivery services excludes frozen items, however please check our website as updates to our services will be made as we continue to grow our business.

AUTO ORDER DELIVERIES:

By checking the box for auto order deliveries, you are agreeing to our auto renewal option and allowing us to charge your chosen method of payment on a recurring basis. When you select our auto renewal option, you are signing up for continuous shipments of your selected products and may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you.  You can update your periodic delivery schedule and/or products you want delivered at any time. Heartland Paws reserves the right to change auto delivery benefits at any time. 

LOCAL AREAS OF DELIVERY:

Please enter your zip code on our home delivery page to see if we offer home delivery services in your area.  If your zip code is not listed, then we are not yet able to deliver to your area.  However, please check back on our website as updates to this list will be made as we continue to grow our business.

DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS:

To Cancel your order will need to login to your account.  Orders can only be cancelled If they have not gone out for delivery yet. 

If you need help canceling your order, please email us at contact@heartlandpaws.com or call the store at (531)772-0633 and will resolve it as quickly as possible.  If your order has already been delivered, we will not be able to cancel it, in that case just return the unopened/undamaged item, along with your receipt, to our store and we will issue a refund.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:

If you have received the incorrect item, please email us at contact@heartlandpaws.com or call us at 531-772-0633.  All items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be unopened and free from damage for the product to be returned.  Make sure to have your order number available for our reference, and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item and receiving the correct one.

REFUSED DELIVERY AND CANCELLED ORDERS:

If the customer refuses the order upon delivery, then a return fee of $20 will be charged to the customer.  If an order was returned to us due to a customer entry error concerning the customer's address, (i.e. missing apartment number, no mail receptacle, moved, etc..), then the customer will pay for the return shipping charges. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Please note that we will only credit you with the same method of payment that you used for the order. Credit card credits usually take a few business days to show up on your account.
